Job Overview:
We are hiring professional actors for our upcoming R&D week for a new devised project, Revolutions, funded by Arts Council England. We will spend the week devising alongside young people as part of a co-creation and purely collaborative model, directed by Tristan Jackson-Pate.
In May half term break, the collective will be running ‘Revolutions: Act One’ a week of R&D where young people will develop and devise material alongside professional actors and directors, with the work moving towards a production in Summer 2026.
We are looking for actors to work collaboratively with our young people and impart their expertise to the process and support the ideas and material our young people are developing.

Based within Oxfordshire or our neighbouring counties (Northamptonshire, Warwickshire, Buckinghamshire)

All activity is based in Banbury.
25 May – 29 May: Practical R&D workshops over 5 days.

Suitable candidates will then be asked to submit a self tape of a short audition piece.
The next part of the process will be an informal chat with the Artistic Director and taking part in a session with our ‘Monday Nighter’s’ Young Company on Monday 11th May.
A personal access budget is available. Applicants invited to submit a self tape will be asked to complete an access rider.

ASSISTANt
facilitators

Job Overview:
Assistant Facilitators will support Lead Facilitators in the delivery of session activities for one of our weekly projects. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the arts and working with young people. Assistant Facilitators will help create a safe, inclusive, and creative environment where participants can explore their creativity, build self-confidence, and develop their arts skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in Delivery of Workshops: Support the Lead Facilitator in delivering engaging arts activities that promote creativity, inclusivity, and self-expression.

Supervise and Support Participants: Help maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere during sessions by providing guidance and encouragement to participants.

Provide Individual and Group Support: Work with small groups, helping them with specific tasks or skill development, ensuring all participants are involved and engaged.

Encourage Creative Expression: Maintain a supportive environment where participants feel comfortable exploring different forms of creative expression through each activity.

Provide Administrative Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks such as taking attendance, setting up and cleaning up before and after sessions.

Monitor Participant Wellbeing: Observe and report any concerns about participants' emotional or physical well-being to the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
1:1 support ENABLERS

Job Overview:
1:1 Support Enablers are responsible for providing individualised support to young people with additional needs, enabling them to participate in session activities. You will work closely with the young person, ensuring they have the support and encouragement they need to thrive in a creative and group environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and Inclusion: Provide one-to-one support to young people with additional needs during project sessions for our theatre and visual arts projects.

Tailored Assistance: Adapt and modify activities as necessary to meet the specific needs of the young person, helping them to engage in and benefit from the sessions.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the other facilitation team members to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting all participants.

Personal Development: Encourage and support the young person’s social, emotional, and personal development through creative expression and participation in activities.

Monitoring Progress: Observe the young person's progress, identifying any additional support needs and discussing these with the other facilitation team members.

Monitor Participant Wellbeing: Observe and report any concerns about participants' emotional or physical well-being to the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
